At DJI.HR, what we do is very clear: our focus is comprehensive service for DJI drones, from diagnostics to the final test flight. This means we take your device, perform precise diagnostics on the DJI drone, prepare a repair plan, and execute it only when you agree. Since we specialize exclusively in DJI, we have experience with various generations of DJI Mini, Mavic, Air, Phantom, Inspire, and Matrice models and their characteristic malfunctions.
The first step is always the diagnostics of the DJI drone. We thoroughly inspect the mechanical parts (body, arms, propellers, landing gear), drive assembly (motors and ESC modules), gimbal and camera, battery and charging system, GPS and compass, obstacle sensors, and flight controller. After a crash, hidden damages are common – micro cracks on the boards, damaged connectors, partially faulty motors, slightly bent gimbal.
Therefore, crash repair of a DJI drone is not just a replacement of an obviously broken arm, but a comprehensive inspection to ensure that the drone flies stably after the repair. As part of our services, we perform repairs on the gimbal and camera of the DJI drone when issues such as image shaking, tilted horizon, 'gimbal overload', or camera initialization failure occur.
We service motors and ESC when the DJI drone fails to take off, loses power in the air, or displays an ESC error. We often also resolve power supply issues: the DJI battery does not charge, the battery lasts only a few minutes, or the charger does not recognize it – in such cases, we recommend a safe battery replacement and checking the charging system.
A special part of our work involves water damage to DJI drones; in these cases, we disassemble the drone, remove moisture and corrosion, test the electronics, and replace damaged boards if necessary. In addition to hardware repairs, we also take care of the software – firmware updates, calibration of the compass, IMU, and gimbal, troubleshooting connection issues between the drone, remote control, and app. In short, what we do at DJI.HR is a complete service cycle for DJI drones, from the initial inspection to a safe return to the air.
